Are your crystals natural?
Yes. We use carefully selected natural crystals. Each stone is unique in color, texture, and pattern — no two pieces are exactly the same.

Will my bracelet look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly. Because of natural materials and handcrafted production, slight variations are normal and part of what makes your piece one of a kind.


Orders & Shipping

How much is shipping?

  • Standard shipping: $11.99 (orders under $89)
  • Free shipping on orders over $89

How long does shipping take?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping time: typically 14–28 days

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Why haven’t I received a tracking number yet?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. In some cases, payment processing or inventory status may cause slight delays. If you haven’t received tracking after a few days, feel free to contact us.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

What if my order is delayed or hasn’t arrived? If your order has not arrived after 10 days from shipment, please contact us at support@listforbalance.com and we’ll assist you.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item?
Yes — we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with the tag attached.

Can I return an item if I removed the tag?
No. Items with tags removed are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if I don’t like how it looks in person?
You may return it within 30 days if it remains unused and in original condition.
Please note: natural variations are not considered defects.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
  • Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

What if my bracelet breaks after wearing it?
Damage caused by wear, improper use, or accidental impact is not considered a manufacturing defect. However, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

What if my item arrives damaged or something is missing?
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at support@listforbalance.com with photos.

  • Keep the original packaging
  • We may assist in filing a claim with the carrier

How do I use a coupon code?
Enter your code at checkout and click “Apply.”

  • Only one code can be used per order
  • Codes cannot be applied after an order is placed

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item becomes unavailable, it will be shipped once restocked. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
