We hope you love your piece from Listforbalance. Each bracelet is made with natural crystals and crafted by hand, so slight variations are part of its unique character.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:
Eligible for return/exchange:
- Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition with tag intact
- Item does not meet expectations (see notes below)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Worn, used, damaged, or altered items
- Items with tags removed
- Sale items (unless defective)
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Our bracelets are made from natural crystals, which means:
- Color, texture, and pattern may vary slightly
- Each piece is unique and not identical to photos
These natural variations are not considered defects.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping
- If the item is damaged due to personal use or handling, return shipping will not be covered
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please email us at support@listforbalance.com with:
- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
Our team will respond within 48 hours with instructions.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive your return
- PayPal: usually within 24 hours
- Credit card: typically 5–7 business days (may vary by bank)
Important Notes
- Returns must be approved before sending items back
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
